Reservations

Your reservation is secured with an initial deposit, but please note that fares and taxes are subject to change. We reserve the right to apply additional charges due to factors like fuel charges, taxes etc. Rest assured, issued tickets remain unaffected.

Amendments Charges

Need to make changes to your booking? Submit your requests in writing. Please note that some changes may come with an additional charge. Date changes made before ticketing will cost £20 plus fare difference, and changes made after ticketing will cost £40 plus airline charges, subject to airline approval. Remember, name changes are not permitted after ticketing.

Deposit

Hold your booking with a £ 50 non-refundable deposit per person. Complete the payment to secure your tickets. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation charges and loss of deposit.

Cancellation and Refunds

Ensure cancellation requests are in writing. Cancelling prior to ticketing results in deposit loss and a £40 fee. Post-ticketing, a £80 fee plus airline charges are applicable, subject to the airline’s refund policy.

Discover great deals on airline tickets, but be aware that most are non-refundable or partially refundable. Refunds can take a minimum 45-60 days or longer.

Refunds are issued to a specified bank account or the card used for payment. Tickets returned after 1 year are deemed expired with no refunds available.

Travel Documents

Prioritize your travel arrangements. Validate and double-check your passport, visa, and health documents for accuracy. Please note that we are not accountable for any inconvenience resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation.

Ensure your complaints are properly addressed by submitting them in writing through our dedicated complaints department.
