Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply when you enquire about or book travel through Flights Today. Please read them before confirming a booking — once you pay a deposit you are accepting them.

How booking with us works

  1. You send an enquiry through the website, by phone, or on WhatsApp.
  2. We come back with options and a price. A quote is an offer of what we can find at that moment. It is not a booking and does not hold a seat or a room.
  3. You confirm. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you tell us to go ahead.
  4. We make the booking and send your confirmation and tickets by email.

Fares and availability change constantly. A price we quote can change or disappear before you confirm — this is how airline pricing works and it is outside our control. We will always tell you the current price before taking payment.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include taxes and charges unless we say otherwise. Anything not included — baggage, seat selection, transfers, insurance, visa fees — will be set out in your quote.

Deposits, balance due dates and accepted payment methods are confirmed in writing before you pay. Your booking is not secure until we have received payment and issued a confirmation.

Passports, visas and health requirements

You are responsible for making sure you can travel. That means holding a valid passport with enough remaining validity for your destination, any visas required, and meeting any health or vaccination requirements.

We will help and advise where we can, but we cannot be held responsible if you are refused boarding or entry because your documents are not in order. Requirements differ by nationality and change without much notice — check the current position on gov.uk before you travel.

For Umrah travel, visa rules and requirements are set by the Saudi authorities and can change. We will guide you through the process as it stands at the time of your booking.

Changes and cancellations

Once a booking is confirmed, whether it can be changed or cancelled — and what it costs — is set by the airline, hotel or other supplier, not by us. Many of the cheapest fares cannot be changed or refunded at all. We will tell you the conditions that apply before you confirm.

If you want to change or cancel, contact us as early as you can. Where a change is possible we will arrange it, and any supplier charges plus our administration fee will be payable.

If a supplier cancels or significantly changes your arrangements, we will tell you as soon as we know and set out your options.

Our role and our responsibility

We act as an agent, arranging travel services provided by airlines, hotels and other suppliers. Those services are supplied under the provider's own terms and conditions, and they are responsible for delivering them.

We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for failures that are your fault, the fault of an unconnected third party, or caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — such as weather, strikes, air traffic restrictions or civil unrest.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend arranging travel insurance as soon as you book, covering cancellation, medical costs, baggage and the activities you plan. It is your responsibility to make sure your cover is adequate for your trip.

Complaints

If something goes wrong while you are away, tell the supplier at the time — most problems are easiest to fix on the spot. If it is not resolved, contact us on 0203 411 0098 or [email protected] as soon as you can so we can help.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
